Liberation Threads is a small UK clothing brand run by a sole trader. We're responsible for your personal data. Contact us any time at hello@liberationthreads.com.
If you join our list, we store your email address to tell you about launches and new drops. We only do this because you asked us to (your consent). Every email has an unsubscribe link, or you can email us to be removed. Your address is stored by our email provider, Resend, which may process it outside the UK under standard data protection safeguards.
When you buy from us, we use your name, email, delivery address and order details to take payment, make and deliver your order, and contact you about it. Payments are handled by Stripe; we never see your full card details. Your order is printed and shipped by our production partner, Printful, which receives your name and delivery address. We keep order records for as long as UK tax law requires.
You can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to how we use it. If you're unhappy with how we handle your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
We don't use advertising or tracking cookies. If that changes, we'll ask you first.
